Hello! Flying out of the San Jose Airport Southwest Terminal was totally a breeze. I normally hate airport days, but this one was surprisingly smooth. We arrived around 90 minutes prior to the flight and parked near the terminal. Check-in was quick, and employees were truly kind—not airport generic. I ordered a breakfast burrito and took a seat next to the gate with my husband, where we had seats that included USB jacks and excellent runway view. The mood here is more pleasant than other CA airports, making a huge improvement on our state of mind. The bathrooms were spotless, and announcements were crisp. When boarding time arrived, everything went smoothly and with no hassle. I thought this terminal is ideal for families or individuals who desire convenience without chaos. I'm glad Southwest operates out of this terminal—it suits their friendly atmosphere!
