I am a traveler and recently at the Oman Air Frankfurt Office all of my inquiries concerning flights were addressed by the accommodating and helpful staff. It was a pleasant place to obtain information because the workplace was tidy and friendly. The speed with which the check-in process was completed pleased me and eased my trip arrangements. It was a fantastic visit all around, demonstrating how much Oman Air values providing excellent customer service!
