The customer service at Southwest Airlines Cleveland Office is superb. After checking in, asking a few questions, everything flew smoothly thanks to the nice, knowledgeable staff. The office is a good place to be-an inviting place to be bright and clean with plenty of clear signage. It is the best location to make new travel plans or seek help with existing plans. It was pretty silent, and the staff was so patient and warm. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler!
