I recently had the chance to go and see the Virgin Atlantic Malta Office. It was better than my expectations. Here is a summary of what I went through. It was pretty impressive with nice and informed staff handling the check-in for me. Self-service kiosks will save time. The team wanted to help with questions regarding my flight and provided great ideas about baggage and dining. It was well taken care of in this welcoming atmosphere. In short, it has been a fantastic experience that has made planning so much easier for travel!
