I was really impressed recently when I visited the British Airways Gambia Office at Banjul International Airport. Check-in was slick and effortless, with really helpful personnel. The considerable baggage allowance really meant something, and the self-service kiosks made things much easier. The fact that it is open 24/7 is quite an advantage and the facilities offer a really nice waiting room. With everything held equal, British Airways saw to it that the trip went smooth and pleasant; it highly recommended for all travelers.
