I am a traveler and recently at the Spirit Airlines San Jose Office when I had queries concerning flights and prices, the personnel promptly responded and were kind and helpful. I had no issue finding what I wanted in the office because it was well-kept and simple to navigate. Clear information regarding ticket possibilities was appreciated. Despite the somewhat cramped waiting space, the excellent service more than made up for it. My vacation arrangements were secure when I left, and I would suggest this office to others.
