The Turkish Airlines New York Office was simply outstanding. The people were eager to help and very cooperative. They answered all of my questions regarding the flight and assisted me in making a reservation promptly. They thoroughly clarified all of the baggage and ticketing details, which helped me be ready for my trip. The service office has comfy chairs, was tidy, and was kept up nicely. They didn't have to wait long either. The entire service went smoothly and was generally enjoyable; the service workers were kind and professional. I'd recommend this service to others.
