Hi! I just wanted to post a positive encounter my family and I had with the Lufthansa Airlines Bucharest Office. We had to make some changes to our flight, and the employees were really helpful. They were so nice, patient, and professional, explaining each step of the process to us. The office itself was clean and tidy, and we waited only briefly. It was wonderful to feel that the staff genuinely cared about offering great service. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and I'd certainly refer the Lufthansa Airlines to anyone in need!
