It was a welcome change for our whole family to begin our journey with Avianca Airlines ORD Terminal at the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) Terminal. We were thankful for how well everything went, even though there were grandparents who needed a little extra help, parents who were exhausted, and delighted children. The Avianca employees were very kind and helpful, assisting us with everything from check-in to boarding, and the terminal was simple to use.
