The office itself was modern and welcoming, with comfortable chairs and a calm atmosphere that instantly made me feel less anxious about traveling. What actually changed things, though, was the personnel. When I stepped in, they instantly offered to help and smiled at me. Carlos, my assistant, was a superb representative. Along with quickly fixing the problem with my reservation,
